SB 684 Minor Subdivision and Housing Development
1801 Tiburon Boulevard: File No. SB6842025-001
- Application Type: Black Oak Ventures 1801 Tiburon Boulevard, LLC, proposes to subdivide (Tentative Map) an existing 87,120 square foot (sf) parcel (Assessor’s Parcel Number 059-161-012) into nine new residential lots (ranging in area from 1,840 sf to 2,640 sf), and a 69,400 sf remainder parcel. Each of the nine residential lots is proposed to be developed with a fee-simple townhome unit. One unit would be reserved for a moderate-income household (80% to 120% of area median income). The remainder parcel would continue to provide surface parking for the Point Tiburon Plaza. The applicant has requested streamlined processing pursuant to the "Starter Home Revitalization Act" (Government Code 65852.28, 65913.4.5, and 66499.41)", which requires a ministerial (no public hearings) approval process for certain residential projects that qualify as “small lot subdivisions and housing development” as defined in the statute.

Appeals
Any action of the Community Development Director, Design Review Board, or Planning Commission may be appealed by filing an appeal form and fee with the Town Clerk ( ldilena@townoftiburon.org) The filing fee deposit is $500 for an applicant appeal and a $300 filing fee non-applicant appeals.
