NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on November 10, 2021 to consider the following:
- A Conditional Use Permit filed by ACV Argo Tiburon for a new Petit Left Bank restaurant on a Neighborhood Commercial zoned property at 1696 Tiburon Boulevard. Questions should be directed to Senior Planner Christy Fong at firstname.lastname@example.org. Read the full notice.
- Amendments to Chapter 16 (Zoning) of the Tiburon Municipal Code regarding Accessory Dwelling Units. Questions should be directed to Director of Community Development Dina Tasini at email@example.com. Read the full notice.
Consistent with Government Code Section 54953(e), the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
