NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold one public hearing on April 14, 2021.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing that was continued from March 24, 2021 to consider amendments to the Tiburon Municipal Code regarding accessory dwelling units. Consistent with the Marin County Public Health Officer's May 18, 2020 legal order to shelter at home until further notice, and Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
