The Town of Tiburon strives to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. We recognize the responsibilities for safety and health are shared. The Town is committed to providing leadership and support for the effective implementation of its safety and health programs. The Town's Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) establishes the Town's safety management program as required by Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Sections 3203. The objective of the program is to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace and to engage Town employees in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
