Earth Day Celebration!

Home Posted on March 26, 2025

This year's family-friendly Earth Day celebration will kick off at Zelinsky Park with live music from Jocelyn Levy of Wee Yogis and fun hands-on activities. Create your own unique 'Pledge for the Planet' with Tiburon's Heritage & Arts Commission to assemble among others in the community. A lively non-motorized parade will commence at 11 a.m. along Tiburon Boulevard downtown to the Angel Island Ferry Deck where local environmentally minded groups like the Marine Mammal Center, Green Team, Richardson Bay Regional Agency, Belvedere-Tiburon Library, and more will be providing exciting ways to learn how to protect our planet.

Make a smoothie on the Safe Routes to School bike blender, learn about our local marine mammals, bike repair, and more!🌿

Organizations joining in the celebration include: Safe Routes to School, Richardson Bay Regional Agency, Mill Valley Refuse Service, Resilient Neighborhoods, Samso Labs, The Marine Mammal Center, Tiburon Action Climate Committee, Green Team, The Ranch, Belvedere-Tiburon Library, Tiburon Heritage & Arts Commission, Rotary Club of Tiburon Belvedere, Marin School of Environmental Leadership.

This event is made possible through the generosity of the Tiburon Peninsula Foundation.
