DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board will hold two public hearings on June 16, 2022.
The Board will hold two public hearings to consider:
- an application for the construction of a patio enclosure, including a variance request for excessive lot coverage, at 2311 Mar East Street. Questions should be directed to Assistant Planner Samantha Bonifacio at sbonifacio@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
- an application for a deck expansion and roof addition at 8 Auburn Court. Questions should be directed to Assistant Planner Samantha Bonifacio at sbonifacio@townoftiburon.org. Read the full notice.
Consistent with Government Code section 54953(e), the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.
