The Tiburon Town Council has introduced and passed first reading of Ordinances amending Municipal Code, Title VI, Chapter 32 (Regulations of Firearms) to regulate firearms storage, require the reporting of loss or theft of firearms, and ban the possession of large capacity magazines. Town Council has also introduced an ordinance amending Title IV, Chapter 16 (Zoning) regarding firearms regulations and miscellaneous other zoning amendments.
