The Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance that would make amendments to Title I, Chapter 3 (Personnel) of the Tiburon Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance would grant the authority to appoint "designated" Level 1 Reserve Police Officers to the Chief of Police and Town Manager. The proposed ordinance is available for review here.
